To facilitate the enrollment process, select the appropriate application and forms as listed. The forms are provided in the PDF file format. Please submit the forms to the KDS office.

We are now accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year.
Application for financial aid for the 2012-2013 school year can be made online through FACTS, our partner for tuition management. Go to www.factstuitionaid.com to create an account and get started. (There is a $25 processing fee to submit the application.) Kirk Day School makes all decisions regarding financial aid; submitting the application through FACTS makes it easier for you to apply and faster for the financial aid committee to reach its award decisions.
