FULL-TIME

Elementary Teacher

Kirk Day School is seeking to hire a full-time Elementary Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. This individual will be responsible for the educational experience of students including the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum and program that promotes the spiritual, cognitive, and social-emotional development of students.

Qualifications

  • A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ

  • Membership or regular attendance at a local, Protestant church congregation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Elementary Education is a plus.

  • Teaching certification and experience in elementary school setting preferred

  • Solid understanding of the reformed faith

  • Expertise in the integration of faith and learning

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Strong professional or collegiate references

PART-TIME


Lunchroom Coordinator

Kirk Day School is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill a part-time role as Lunchroom Coordinator. Key responsibilities include coordinating meal distribution, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a positive atmosphere during lunchtime.

Substitute Teacher

Kirk Day School is seeking vibrant and versatile part-time substitute teachers. Candidates do not have to possess and education degree but should be individuals who love God, love children and have a passion for Christian education.
