"Kirk provided a phenomenal education for me and my classmates. By the time we arrived at middle school and high school, we were well-equipped from our years of solid coursework and productive work habits instilled in us at KDS. The faculty also helped solidify my faith as I followed Christ in their footsteps, and they were all extremely caring towards the well-being of every student that passed through their doors. I really can’t think of any place I would have rather gone to school than Kirk Day School."

“My experience at Kirk provided me with a first-rate foundation both academically and spiritually. God is embedded through the curriculum, and that is an extremely valuable resource that I didn’t recognize at that age. When I moved on to Westminster, I was able to excel academically and found that I could maintain a focus on God throughout my learning. Kirk prepared me excellently, and I am very grateful for my experiences there.”

Parker Briden speaking at the 2012 Highland Fling Gala event at the Frontenac Hilton.

"Kirk Day School not only helped me prepare for the transition to middle school, high school, and college, by establishing healthy academic and social habits; it was a big part of creating a firm foundation for my faith.  It is a great training ground for life as a Christian student."

"Kirk Day School is different from most elementary schools in that we memorized scripture verses each week and recited them at Friday chapel helping to guide us in our walk with Jesus, and strengthen our Christian beliefs. The atmosphere at KDS really distinguishes the school by fostering nurturing teacher-student interactions and relationships. KDS felt more like a family than a school. The wonderful teachers I was blessed with during my elementary years helped prepare me for both high school and college allowing me to succeed in higher level courses due to the foundations they laid for me."

"Kirk Day School teachers are some of the greatest in their field.  Not only do they consistently demonstrate their faith but they ensure that they are doing everything in their power to provide the resources necessary for every child to succeed. When I advanced farther than the average student in math and science, my teachers were free to encourage and challenge me onward and upward.  What benefited me the most was the nurturing of my instructors and their genuine interest in my growth. I loved all my teachers at KDS and each of them deserves recognition!"
