Dining Services
Kirk Day School is excited to be partnered with Nourish Food Services for our school lunch program. Nourish serves healthy, scratch-made food that is full of delicious flavor. Nourish lunches are also nut-free.
Price
The price of a hot lunch is $6.60. Each lunch includes a main course and two wholesome sides. Drinks are not included.
Lunch Ordering System
The menu for each month will be released no later than the second week of the previous month. All orders must be completed within 2 weeks after that menu is sent out. This will ensure that Nourish is able to continue providing our students the food on the menu with the same flavor and at the same low cost.
How To Order Lunches
The link for ordering lunch will be posted in the Highlander Highlights during the second week of each month. Click on the link and choose the dates that your student(s) would like hot lunch. Then, click "Submit.” Please take a screenshot or print the dates that you ordered lunch for your student(s). You will not receive an email receipt.
The link will stay open until midnight on the evening of the order deadline. After midnight, no late orders will be taken for hot lunch that month.
How To Pay For Lunches
To provide for the least amount of contact, we are continuing to utilize a pre-pay system for purchasing hot lunch this school year. Each family must deposit money to a hot lunch pre-pay account through the FACTS Family Portal.

Enter in District Code KIR-MO
Enter in your ParentsWeb login information
On the left hand side, click on Financial
You will see a Prepay Accounts Box
Click the Add Funds button
Please Note:
Money will automatically be deducted from your child's lunch account for every hot lunch you order.
Alerts will be sent to you when your child's account reaches $20.00, so you can deposit more money if you wish.
Absences
We will not be able to make daily changes to hot lunch orders. If your child is absent and ordered lunch that day, your child's lunch account will be charged. If your child has a prolonged illness and has ordered a lunch during that period, please email hotlunch@kirkdayschool.org by 3 p.m. prior to each day of a purchased lunch.
Field Trips
If a field trip or off campus event occurs, Nourish will prepare a sack lunch placed in an insulated bag for students.
