School Board

The school board is composed of individuals who are passionate about KDS and excited about where God is leading the school in the future. Their goal is to actively uphold and protect the school’s mission and vision, to set policy, to ensure future financial security and sustainability, and to advance and oversee the Strategic Plan. Their primary function is to select, support, and advise, the Head of School. Board members do not become involved directly in specific management, personnel, or curricular issues.

Our mission is to assist Christian parents in the nurture of Covenant children, educating them in a Christian world and life view, according to the truth of God’s Word, equipping them to be disciples of Christ, impacting His world.

Board Members

The school board is composed of individuals who are passionate about KDS and excited about where God is leading the school in the future.  Each member serves the school by volunteering their time and each member contributes a unique perspective or set of skills deemed beneficial to their role on the board.

Strategic Plan

The board’s responsibility is to prayerfully plan and make decisions that uphold and support the mission of the school by advancing the Strategic Plan. The board has engaged in a multi-year strategic planning process to identify opportunities that will ensure the growth and sustainability of the school.
